Abstract

Purpose - This paper discusses the transformation of Harbin Radio and Television Station in the era of deep media integration, points out the problems faced by Harbin Radio and Television Station in the context of deep media integration and puts forward countermeasure suggestions, responds to the call for media reform, and makes the crisis into a turning point. Design/Methodology/Approach - With the continuous downward trend of the social economy, the social economy has been greatly impacted, and the traditional TV media has also been significantly affected.This paper combines the actual situation of Harbin TV station, and actively explores a traditional media platform modeling transformation road, to accelerate the pace of Harbin broadcasting station media depth integration. Findings - Summarizes the trend of the transformation of the integrated media platform, and on this basis summarizes the problems of the transformation of the Harbin broadcasting station platform as the lack of market analysis in decision-making, the serious homogenization of content style and the lack of human resource reserves. It also presents three countermeasure suggestions: enhancing policy orientation and market analysis, strengthening top-level design, developing specialized content, internally fostering operational talents, and internally cultivating operation talents and building self-control team. Research Implications - This paper takes Harbin Radio and Television Station as an example, summarizes the problems of traditional media platform transformation in terms of market, content, and talent, and puts forward several thoughts on promoting the deep integration of media, which provides reference and reference for the transformation of Harbin TV station’s integrated media.
