Abstract

At present, private colleges and universities adopt the mode of connotative development. They should take the improvement of education brand and structural optimization as a sign, and focus on improving the core competitiveness and comprehensive strength of the school. Compared with the development of other modes, connotative development is a kind of higher quality requirements. A more difficult development model. In this experiment, the scale of private colleges and universities is getting larger and larger, and the method of shaping the education brand of private colleges and universities in our country is studied using the mode of connotative development. This article analyzes an application-oriented private university, uses connotative development theory and brand-related theories and methods, and proposes a comprehensive improvement of the quality of higher education in the context of the era of the popularization of higher education in China and the national medium and long-term education reform and development plan. Under the requirements, in view of the main problems and reasons existing in the development of private universities and the shaping of education brands, the necessity and feasibility of shaping education brands by private universities are explored, and practical countermeasures are proposed based on the actual development of private universities at this stage. The shaping of the education brand of private colleges and universities provides useful exploration and reference. The experimental research results show that private colleges and universities must take the path of quality and benefit-oriented development through resource optimization, rational allocation and construction, attach importance to quality construction, strengthen characteristic development, and ultimately enhance the shaping of education brand, thereby enhancing the core competitiveness of the school.
