Abstract

According to differences including teaching experiences, abilities and levels, this paper firstly divides evaluation targets of college and university teachers’ teaching quality into freshman teachers, adaptive teachers, expert teachers and problem teachers, then from aspect of reasonable combination of teaching work leaders, teacher colleagues, teaching supervisors and students, it narrates selection of evaluation bodies of differentiated college and university teachers' teaching quality, after that, this paper discusses evaluation period design for differentiated college and university teachers from two aspects: formal evaluation and informal evaluation, at last, this paper states evaluation mode setting of differentiated college and university teachers’ teaching quality from aspects of different evaluation methods: Reflective teaching evaluation, professional group discussion, teaching archive bag, teaching log, class observation, 360 degree feedback method, etc..
