Abstract
Scientific assessment of the needs of energy efficiency services in the transportation sector can effectively tap the potential of energy efficiency improvement and optimize the energy use mode. However, at present, there are some problems in the comprehensive energy efficiency evaluation index system in the field of transportation, such as less coverage indicators, narrow scope of application, and insufficient consideration of client-side diversified needs. It is urgent to put forward a new evaluation system for multi-type low-carbon energy efficiency and comprehensive business. Based on the analysis of energy use data, this paper studies the development trend of energy use in the field of transportation, including greening, sharing and intelligence, and proposes a new comprehensive evaluation index system of energy efficiency business in the field of transportation for the purpose of multi-service integration, covering four aspects of transportation energy structure, infrastructure level, intelligence level and carbon emission level. This index can support multi-service integration and scientifically evaluation of the energy efficiency services and smart energy services.
