Abstract

As energy shortages and pollution problems become more severe, as well as the increasing demand from users, conventional energy has shown a lot of shortcomings. The introduction of photovoltaic-energy storage system (PESS) can effectively take advantage of renewable photovoltaic power system, guarantee power quality and reduce environmental pollution. In this paper, the comprehensive economy and technology evaluation index system and evaluation method of PESS are studied. Firstly, the comprehensive evaluation index system of PESS was constructed from the aspects of economy, the reliability of power supply, the friendliness of the source and network, and the environmental benefits. Secondly, based on DEMATEL-ANP-Anti-Entropy and the improved grey correlation method, the weight of each assessment factor is determined; then the evaluation function of the index system of PESS can be formulated based on polynomial interpolation method; finally, the PESS which actually operates in a commercial park is comprehensively evaluated, the results of the study verify the feasibility and validity of the proposed index system and evaluation methods.
