Abstract

In order to actively respond to the construction of the national “dual carbon” goal, the application scale of electric vehicles (EV) continues to expand. The disorderly charging behaviors of large-scale EV will bring various impacts on the planning and operation of the power system. Firstly, an evaluation index system covering the operation status of the distribution network (DN) and the serviceability of the charging station is established to address the charging decision of electric vehicles. Secondly, a comprehensive subjective and objective weighting method combining entropy weighting method and hierarchical analysis method is used to calculate the weights of index and criterion layers respectively, and the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method of hierarchical recursion is adopted to evaluate the ability of the power distribution system to receive EV. Finally, based on the predicted EV charging load, the EVs are set to connected to the typical IEEE33 power grid in different ways in multiple scenarios, and the optimal plan for the distribution network to accept electric vehicles is evaluated according to the established evaluation index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.
