Abstract
This paper takes community health human resources as the research theme, based on the three core journals covered by China Knowledge Network as the research material, and adopts Citespace and VOSviewer analysis software to analyse the literature, aiming to reveal the laws and trends of community health human resources research and formulate sustainable development strategies. In order to make more effective use of the potential of community health human resources, it is necessary to improve the job analysis of community health human resources, achieve the coordinated allocation of community health human resources, and improve the scientific evaluation of community health human resources.
