Abstract
On the example of archival records created and collected by the Republican Committee for Health and Social Care of Socialist Republic of Croatia (1965-1990), the aim of the article is to point out some practical aspects in the process of arrangement and description of sensitive data, to describe the methodology of creating archival finding aids, as well as to point out the information potential of that records for historical and other research.
