Abstract

From the results of structural (heat capacity) and mechanical (internal friction spectra) relaxation the authors have investigated in an elastomer-filler filled with technical carbons with varied activity the features of the α′-transition associated with segmental mobility in the interphasic layer. It is shown that the jump in heat capacity observed in the α′-transition and the temperature of the transition do not depend on the activity and dispersity of the filler. The temperature of the transition does not depend on the volumetric content of the filler but the jump in heat capacity does.
