Abstract
This research examines the connections between oil prices, exchange rates, and stock indices in India. It examines correlations and causal effects between these key financial variables. The Granger causality tests fail to detect any significant causal effects between exchange rate returns and either crude oil returns or stock returns. These findings are valuable for long-term decision-making, and further research is needed to fully understand the impact of oil prices on stocks. This study adds to our knowledge of these relationships in the Indian market. Keywords: Oil prices, exchange rates, market, relationships, stock indices
