Regulations on the Management of Religious Teaching Personnel of Qinghai Province (August 28, 1992)

Abstract

Passed, August 28, 1992, by the Twenty-eighth Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Seventh People's Congress of Qinghai Province Article 1. These regulations have been promulgated in accordance with the stipulations of the Constitution of the People's Republic of China and the relevant laws, regulations, and policies of the state, and in light of the actual circumstances in this province, in order to provide guarantees for the normal religious activities of religious teaching personnel and to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of religious teaching personnel.
