Abstract

Passed, August 28, 1992, by the Twenty-eighth Meeting of the Committee of the Seventh People's Congress of Qinghai Article 1. These regulations have been promulgated in accordance with the stipulations of the Constitution of the People's Republic of China and the relevant laws and regulations of the state, and in light of the actual circumstances in this province, in order to ensure citizens' freedom of religious belief and their normal religious activities, to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of venues of religious activities, and to manage religious affairs according to law.
