Abstract
Passed, August 21, 1991, by the Twenty-third Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Seventh People's Congress of Henan Province Article 1. These Regulations have been promulgated in accordance with the stipulations of the Constitution, laws, and relevant regulations and in light of the actual circumstances in this province, in order to ensure citizens' freedom of religious belief and their normal religious activities, to strengthen management over venues of religious activities, and to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of venues of religious activities.
