Abstract

The issue of public procurement is important not only for the state, but also for commercial enterprises. Public procurement is regulated by the regulatory framework, as well as separate legal acts necessary for the practical implementation of this activity. The state policy in the field of public procurement shows a positive trend, although it needs to be improved. An important place in public procurement is occupied by housing and communal services, which is accompanied by special additional regulation.
