Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of red-blue light combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel in the treatment of acne. Methods 122 patients with acne treated at our hospital from September, 2016 to October, 2017 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, 61 cases for each group. The control group were treated with red-blue light, and the observation group with red-blue light and recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel. The treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group (93.44% vs. 83.61%), with a statistical difference ( P 0.05). Conclusion Red-blue light combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel in the treatment of acne is effective, safe, and reliable, so it is worth being clinically generalized. Key words: Acne; Red-blue light; Recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel; Clinical efficacy
