Recrystallization of Dronedarone for improvement of pharmaceutical parameter

Abstract

In these studies that are performed on compression base of pure drug and Recrystallized drug for the important of pharmaceutical parameter. We are selecting anti arithmetic drugs which are generally used in the treatment system and the most important drug in medication system. Dronedarone have anti-arithmetic properties that normalize the normal heart rate. This drug is a multichannel blocker that mechanism to prevent rhythm and pace in arterial fibrillation. Dronedarone drug have show low solubility and dissolution pace in solvent, which can manage its physiochemical properties and pharmacological effect. In this study we use the hydro methanol (methanol and water). And compare the dissolution, solubility, melting point and Recrystallized drug dissolution and other physical parameter. After Recrystallization drug crystals have more dissolution and solubility properties as evaluate to pure drug. That exhibited the better Pharmacokinetics activity.
