Abstract

By analyzing the degree of grain deformation of FGH96 alloy under different plastic deformation process parameters, as well as the relative frequency and distribution characteristics of recrystallized core and grain boundaries with different orientation differences, comprehensively considering the evolution law of grains of different sizes, the relationship between grain boundary characteristics and grain boundaries is studied. The correlation and evolution law between the nucleation mechanism of recrystallized grains, the growth characteristics of recrystallized cores, and related dynamic softening mechanisms, combined with the change trend of grain orientation during deformation, for the special orientation grains generated during deformation. Granules and their recrystallization behavior characteristics were analyzed.
