Abstract

Through the uniaxial compression deformation test, this work focuses on analyzing the microstructure evolution of the alloy in the two stages of dynamic softening and strain hardening in the true stress-true strain curve during hot deformation, including grain size, local misorientation and The interaction of its relative mobility, and through the grain boundary orientation difference and grain orientation, explained the dynamic softening mechanism and strain hardening phenomenon, so as to find the microstructure-determining characteristic parameters of the dynamic recrystallization nucleation and core growth of the alloy and its evolution.
