Abstract

The article results from the research on the of notorious knowledge as a requirement for teaching in basic education, provided for in Law no 13.415/2017. The hypothesis is that this initiative results of the training policies for the teacher's work implemented as of Law no 9.394/1996, which opened possibilities for teacher’s training in spaces other than higher education, as a privileged locus of teacher’s training. The objective is to understand the process of constructing the idea of certification of notorious knowledge as a requirement for teaching in the development of the training policies for the teacher's work in basic education, articulated to the new management model of educational. It is a basic research, of qualitative analysis, of explanatory character that falls within the category of bibliographic research. The analysis is based on the idea from the definition of the higher education as an appropriate and coherent space with such teacher’s training and, therefore, able to extinguish the exclusionary character of the teacher’s inclusion in basic education through the of notorious knowledge. The results point out that the of notorious knowledge as a requirement for teaching contributes to the deprofessionalization of teacher's work, as it is based on the to learn argument, as a way for individuals to generate their own professional training and updating.
