Abstract
IgA nephropathy (IgAN)is the most common primary glomerular disease, and is one of the most common cause of end-stage renal disease(ESRD). In recent years, the research of the pathogenesis of IgAN has made significant progress, including multi-hit pathogenesis model, genetic heritability factors, complement activation.Effective and specific treatment of IgAN is still lacking, especially for children with IgAN, and there is no guideline.This paper reviewed the recent advances of pathogenesis and intervention in pediatric IgAN.
