Abstract

The main characteristics of a production order as a planning and accounting unit in the manufacture of products with a complex technological composition are considered. Algorithmic implementation of the annealing method is executed as an algorithm APS-planning to get production work schedule of the equipment and loading workplaces enterprise wide with in execution of order, order book, including new orders into an existing one production schedule. The influence of order characteristics on planning results when building a production plan using the developed APS-planning algorithm based on the annealing method is shown. Recommendations to assign control parameters of algorithm for APS-planning with considering production planning results for orders with different characteristics in order to build optimal production plans are made.
