Abstract
ABSTRACTMGTs most commonly arise from malignant melanoma. MGTs from primary cervical cancers are an extremely rare clinical finding with only a limited number of cases reported in the literature to date. We present the case of a 41‐year‐old female who presented with complaints of dysphagia and fatigue with a history of advanced cervical cancer. Endoscopy results revealed an infiltrating metastatic mass, with biopsy findings consistent with squamous gastric carcinoma of metastatic origin. Despite being on parenteral nutrition, poor disease prognosis led to eventually being discharged to hospice.
