Abstract
Raman spectra of Sr x Pb1-x TiO3 sol-gel films of different compositions, were measured and analysed at room temperature. The lowest transverse optic (TO) mode of E symmetry (ferroelectric soft mode) was identified in all our samples and its frequency was found to depend on composition. For the x = 0.26 and 0.47 samples, their temperature dependent ferroelectric soft mode responses were determined up to the paraelectric phases.
