Abstract
目的 探讨射频消融术对频发单形室性早搏的疗效.方法对频发性室性早搏患者19例采取激动标测及起搏标测相结合,以起搏时与室性早搏QRS波形态完全相同点为消融靶点行射频消融治疗.结果18例即刻成功,1例无效,无并发症.术后2周24 h动态心电图检测,随诊6个月至2年,17例无复发或早搏无增多,1例出现另一形态室性早搏.结论射频消融治疗频发单形室性流出道室性早搏安全、有效。
