Abstract

Exciton polaritons in multiple quantum wells are investigated theoretically to understand their radiative properties. Super- and sub-radiant decay rates, compared to those in single quantum wells, are found to depend upon the in-plane wave vector, branch, and structure thickness. Modification to the dispersion compared with the single quantum well is discussed.
