Abstract
On expose dans ce rapport certaines difficultés rencontrées lors du rejet des effluents radio-actifs dans les fleuves internationaux. Ce problème est devenu actuel, étant donné qu'un assez grand nombre de centres nucléaires dans le monde entier sont situés auprès des fleuves internationaux ou de leurs affluents.
