Abstract

For the problem of working environment temperature change of quartz flexible accelerometer affecting its output precision, designed a temperature compensation system based on DSP for quartz flexible accelerometer. Study the static temperature mathematic model of quartz flexible accelerometer. Test the output signals of the quartz flexible acceleration sensor in the temperature range of 0°C ∼ +55°C, calculate the zero partial and scale factor of the accelerometer. Using the least square fitting method, seek the static operation model of the accelerometer. Then get temperature compensation of the accelerometer through the DSP operation, so as to improve the precision of the accelerometer. The experimental results show that the precision of the accelerometer can be improved by using least square method and DSP design to make temperature compensation of quartz flexible accelerometer.
