Abstract

For decreasing the impact of temperature change on quartz flexible accelerometer, on the basic of analysis of quartz accelerometers with coefficients of the mathematical model vary with temperature, the model of temperature identification was established by using the method of data fitting. From the view of engineering applications, technology program of accelerometer temperature compensation was designed based on the emperature model. The application of the models by experiments shows that the measure accuracy of the accelerometer output is improved at least an order of magnitude. Consequently, it is proved that the method for temperature compensation achieves good compensation results. The temperature model can be applied in inertial navigation systems and other areas effectively.
