Abstract

The study included 127 patients with postinfarction cardiosclerosis (PICS) complicated by heart failure at the age of 40 to 60 years. Patients were divided into 3 groups according to functional class (FC) CHF according to the New York Heart Classification (NYHA) according to the test 6-minute walk distance. The control group consisted of 20 healthy volunteers. All patients to determine the level of creatinine (Cr) and calculated by the formula MDRD (Modification of Diet in Renal Disease Study). To assess the clinical condition of the patients used the rating scale clinical status of patients (SHOKS). QoL assessment was performed by the Minnesota questionnaire and assessment of severity of symptoms of heart failure (HF) by questionnaire, modified, and G.E.Gendlin E.V.Samsonov. CHF progression accompanied by a marked reduction in distance TSHH, deterioration in clinical status of patients on SHOKS and QoL, which was more pronounced in patients with CHF with renal dysfunction.
