Abstract
Objective To deeply understand the outpatients ’ authentic perceptual experience in the humanistic care behavior of nurses for medical guidance , to provide the basis for guiding the humanistic care nursing work.Methods Thirty-three outpatients in a grade three class AAA hospital from Dazhou city were observed and in-depth interviewed through the phenomenology of qualitative research, and the results were analyzed. Results Five related themes were refined including respecting patients, nursing service timely, comprehensive professional knowledge, psychological support and optimize the procedure of service.Conclusions The outpatients feel particularly for the humanistic care of nurses for medical guidance .Both the nurses for medical guidance and the administrators should pay attention to outpatients ’ viewpoints and take targeted measures to improve the quality of service in outpatient .
