Abstract

Psamomatoid ossifying fibroma is a variant of juvenile ossifying fibroma. It is an uncommon benign fibro osseous lesion affecting the facial bones. Juvenile Ossifying Fibroma is known to be locally aggressive with high tendency of recurrence despite being benign. We report a 15 years old girl who presented with left-sided nasal swelling, later diagnosed as psamomatoid ossifying fibroma. The nature of the disease and the outline of management were discussed
