Abstract
The Internship Practical Work Report with the title "The Process of Fulfilling Bag Production Raw Material Needs at PT Eksonindo Multi Product Industry Bandung" which will aim to discuss and analyze how the process of fulfilling bag production raw materials in the preparation and production department. This research is motivated by the procurement of excess raw materials so that it creates waste that will take up space and cause losses in the production process. To create a raw material procurement process that does not cause waste, good cooperation and communication between raw material warehouse employees and the head of the preparation and production department must be needed. This research uses direct observation and interview methods in the field where it is necessary to observe and describe the problems and processes that exist in the fulfillment of raw materials. The data collection technique used in this research is through observation and facts that occur in the field. Based on the results of the analysis using Descriptive analysis that has been carried out, the causal factors obtained when ordering raw materials cause waste in the raw material warehouse section.
