Abstract

The process flow sheets of environmentally friendly thermoelectric pasteurizers-coolers of milk are proposed. The methodology for thermal calculation of the power of thermoelectric modules of the milk pasteurizer-cooler for the farms with robotic milking and the basic variants of using thermoelectric modules for the primary processing of livestock products are presented. It has been shown that thermoelectric modules are promising option for the farms with milking robots where low cooling capacity, the heat for the pasteurization and the possibility of reversed process are needed. Furthermore these modules can be effectively used in combination with natural cold and heat recovery.
