Abstract

A "mathematical model of democratic development" has been prepared in the Institute of Cybernetics of the Estonian Academy of Sciences. The head of the mathematics section of the institute, Ivar Petersen, introduced this model to some of the first participants in the republic's scientific conference taking place in the Institute for the Advanced Training of Managerial Personnel and Specialists in Economics of the ESSR. Others have also shown an interest in the conclusions of the scientists.
