Abstract
The purpose of the research is the rationalization of the prospective mechanisms for formation of the electronical documents. Methodology of the research based on the analysis of the national experience in field of performing of the customs operations by using the methods of the systematic researches, including modelling, analysis and synthesis, abstraction and generalization. The research's process is in a form of fourth stages submitted. At the first stage is the analysis of the actual mechanisms for formation of the electronical documents carried out. As a result of analysis are the problems of the or formation of the electronical documents defined. At the second stage is the unite data model of the customs operations rationalized. At the third and fourth stages on basis of the model are the new algorithms for formation of the electronical documents proposed. The proposed algorithms will allow customs bodies for the moving on the prevalent automotive regime of making decisions.
