Abstract
Continuing our series of reports from various countries, this article shows how rising energy prices and high capital outlays for increased generating capacity are slowly changing attitudes even in a country with a benign climate and large coal reserves. Research focuses on active solar water heating and passive solar space heating for wintertime use.
