Abstract

Strix Limited is the world's leading supplier of waterboiling controls for the domestic appliance industry. This paper will describe how a successful project has helped develop a culture where the focus has now progressed from change to one of accelerating change. A brief look at the company's background will be used to explain the need for a change culture. The lead project will be described in some detail, and some conclusions drawn. A brief overview of further projects will illustrate the robustness of the method.
