Abstract

Annotation. The stability of socio-economic systems is inextricably connected with the development of management and the professional training of managerial personnel. Today, Ukraine and the whole world are experiencing not only the global economic crisis, but also the methodological decline of management. One of the reasons for this turned out to be the fact that the classical management approaches and methods do not ensure the reliable functioning and establishment of management. The purpose. To consider the problems of the development of education in the field of management education (management) and the factors affecting this process. The problem. The complexity of the management education system potentially reduces its stability and requires new principles and tools from the management. The main element of financial development is interaction with business representatives, and this requires new approaches to the management. That is, you need a management that guarantees the elasticity of the enterprise to environmental factors, modern adaptation to changing business conditions. Methods. To solve problems in the training of managers, the studies of foreign and domestic scientists were analyzed, a number of recommendations were proposed that can be used to bring domestic management education to a fairly high level. Particular attention is paid to approaches to the formation of profiles in this area of training, the use of innovative technologies in manager training. The result. The article examined the fact that the educational situation in the preparation of managerial personnel today remains uncertain today, there is no order for managers in the Ukrainian society. With all the evidence a considerable number of problems arise in practice. Therefore, management as a science and practice is forced to improve constantly. To solve the problem and improve the professional training of managerial personnel, it would be advisable to ensure scientific cooperation with professional associations, research and production organizations and educational institutions to form a state model for training managers taking into account industry needs.
