Abstract

This paper is devoted to the main problems in the analysis of criteria and their interpretation in automated systems for assessing scientific and technical solutions and describes the human factor influence on their results. The paper presents an example of implementing the criteria informativeness analysis in the automated system for evaluating the efficiency of scientific and technical solutions developed by the authors. An analysis of the informativeness of the selected criteria was carried out and the accuracy of pattern recognition was determined in the context of real scientific and technical decisions in the field of electric power industry based on the data of grant applications.
