Abstract
This paper is devoted to the analysis of the possibilities of automation and intellectualization of examining the scientific and technical solutions in the framework of scientific foundations activity. The paper describes and analyzes the main problems in the evaluation of scientific and technical solutions in scientific foundations and presents new approaches to its implementation based on artificial intelligence methods. The paper describes the structure of the system for evaluating the effectiveness of scientific and technical solutions in the information system of scientific foundations, developed by the authors.
