Abstract
: In my article, I want to present some legislative and juridical issues which could be studied observe that a lot of articles with historical, social themes had also included some legislative and juridical issues: historical documents of property, frontiers of Wallachia, institutional development. In the law we always have two main tendencies: the legislation primary texts and the results of their application in society. On this reason, I considered that the articles published in „Arhivele Olteniei” deserve a special attention.
