Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of interaction of additional professional education with educational systems in terms of standardization of modern domestic education. Set out the understanding of the additional professional education as an organized and socially determined educational process, contributing to the assimilation of adult scientific achievements, cultural-historical and spiritual-moral values of society through the development of additional professional programs; as a set of additional vocational programs with the purpose of professional development, training, retraining. The role of additional professional education in the system of continuous education of adults is analyzed. It is established that the interaction of the additional professional education with other educational systems is based on modern paradigm of the system of additional education as an open educational system based on constant interaction with the external environment. In modern conditions a priority in the development of additional professional education be the trends the provision of educational services by combining educational resources of different educational institutions of the normative embodied in the new national education standards. Presents the advantages of network interaction between system additional professional education and educational organizations, which allows you to build relationships based on equality and mutual interest in joint realization of innovative educational space. Identified problems in the network communication system additional professional education and educational organizations, which serve the unwillingness of subjects of education to implement network communication, the problems of organization of network interaction, and the lack of uniform networked educational structure. It is shown that the effective interaction of the additional professional education system with other educational systems is realized on the basis of the resource centers of additional education of adults on the basis of network interaction between subjects of education.
