Abstract

The situation in the development of cadet education in each of the regions of the Russian Federation is far from homogeneous. It is characterized by the established tradition, the attitude of the authorities, the state and capabilities of the system of general and additional education, the presence of cadet educational organizations of the Ministry of Defense, the prevailing attitude towards cadet education, as well as the subjects ready for active participation. Power structures, government bodies and local social groups, institutions and communities are interested in partnership in the case when cadet education provides the socio-cultural effects demanded by each subject. In addition, the social order reflects the unique features of the historically established regional models of cadet education. The study of the social order for cadet education in Siberia ensures the design of regional programs for the development of this pedagogical system, the choice and justification of criteria for assessing the quality of cadet education. Based on the study carried out in 8 out of 10 regions of the Siberian Federal District, the article presents the priorities of the social order, which are of leading importance for each of the subjects with experience in the development of cadet education and public administration of this pedagogical system. The main expectations of the pedagogical and parental community are determined.
