Abstract
First dates of the Ecnomus tenellus (Rambur, 1842) (Trichoptera: Ecnomidae) in the provinces of Castellon, Cuenca and Valencia (East of Spain) In this study we report the presence of the caddisfly Ecnomus tenellus (Rambur, 1824) (Tricoptera: Ecnomidae) in the east of the Iberian Peninsula. The presence of this species in the provinces of Castellon, Cuenca and Valencia is revealed in this study. We emphasize the presence of a significant population of E. tenellus in the coastal strip of Albufera lake (Valencia, Spain), where 223 specimens distributed in 13 samples that were collected.
