Abstract
Mullerian anomalies are miscellaneous deviations from the normal anatomy with menstrual and reproductive consequences. Unicornuate uterus affects 2.4%–13% of all Mullerian anomalies, and cervical agenesis is rare anomaly affecting 1 among 80,000–100,000 females. We reported a case of unicornuate uterus with rudimentary horn and cervical agenesis in a 15-year-old girl with primary amenorrhea and cyclical pain abdomen who underwent uterovaginal anastomosis by abdominal approach. She achieved regular menstruation postoperatively. Conservative approach in such cases helps achieve a better menstrual, sexual, and fertility outcome with minimal/no psychological affect.
