The key tools for the realisation of this goal are the important units mostly observable in today's organisations. The main core of the study is developed to implementing the mentioned model by including the three international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001) in a selected industry. The first innovation of this research is the introduction of process capability indices in the form of comprehensive tables and descriptions of each unit's role in achieving the desired productivity and sustainability. Also, for the first time, proper control charts are used to provide assurance of the controlled flow of data. The second novelty of the study is the verification path the model proceeds in the determined scope.
