Abstract

Optical properties of Cd 1−xZn xTe films (0.1 < × < 0.7) were strudied as a function of incident photon energy. variations of refractive indices and extinction coefficients for the films with composition and photon energy are reported in this communication. The variation of bandgap with zinc content indicated a non-linear behaviour.
