Abstract
Objective To explore the suitable attendance management for responsibility-related holistic nursing.Methods The attendance management of in pairs nurses was compared with the traditional attendance management.Patients,doctors,and nurses were investigated by questionnaire.Results After carrying out the method for eight months,the quality of nursing service was improved and the satisfaction of patients,doctors,and nurses increased substantially.The difference had the statistical meaning.Conclusions The nursing attendance in pairs makes clinical nurses offer whole course,comprehensive,and standard nursing service to patients.It guarantees nurses'responsibility and working in place.And also it ensures the physical and mental health of the nurses and makes the nurses'work and life more convenient.
