Abstract

The International Round Table “Logistics in the Arctic: Problems of International Cooperation” was held in St. Petersburg on November 28, 2019. The round table was organized by the St. Petersburg Peace and Harmony Council, Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, Murmansk State Technical University and the Science and Education Center «Verdandi». The event was supported by the Alexander Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Fund.The aim is to form an objective view and favorable public opinion abroad about the Russian Arctic policy. Within the framework of the round table it was discussed the problems of transport and logistics infrastructure development in the Arctic region.The round table was attended by over 40 experts from Russia, Finland and the Czech Republic.
