Preface

Abstract

We are pleased to present the materials of the International Scientific and Technical Conference “Structuring, strength and destruction of composite materials and structures”. The conference was organized by the Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture together with Ariel University (Israel), University North (Croatia), Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iasi (Romania), State Scientific-Research Institute of Building Structures, LLC CLH «KAMBIO», LLC «Stikon», SPC «Ecostroy», SE «Budova».The conference brought together scientists and practitioners to the platform to discuss the mechanics and physics of destruction of concrete and reinforced concrete, structure formation, modeling and optimization of composite building materials and structures, and analysis of the work of these materials in structures. Presentations were made by theorists dealing with the issues under consideration and practicing developers-builders who are extremely interested in introducing the results of scientific research directly into the construction industry. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the event was held online on April 08, 2021. The conference was attended by about 60 participants.We hope that future conferences will be just as successful and inspiring, as the issues raised at them are of great practical importance.
